an okay stay with some issues
outdated equipment inconvenient access
the location was convenient to many attractions.
The room seemed a bit worn. the kitchen equipment was outdated. also the gym access involved walking through the parking area. This felt inconvenient.

The business bay metro station was a short walk, so getting around was simple. my room included a full kitchen. It had a stove, microwave, and large refrigerator. the kitchen was AMAZING!!!
the gym was located in the parking area, access was inconvenient.

spacious apartment with excellent location
spacious apartment full kitchen flexible staff clean rooms
the apartment was quite large it included all required facilities like a full kitchen a washing machine and an iron. the staff were also very nice and were quite flexible with check-in and check-out times. i especially appreciated the convenience store right next to the building for grabbing snacks. the rooms were consistently clean i found this a very positive aspect.
the hot water in the bath ran out before the bath was full this was a slight inconvenience.

the metro station is a short walk away making it easy to access various parts of the city. there is a convenience store next to the building offering immediate access to essentials and snacks it is very useful.

the staff were friendly and flexible especially regarding check-in and check-out. whenever i needed the apartment cleaned the staff responded quickly. their service attitude was consistently attentive and helpful i must admit.

amazing hotel, great location!

this hotel is in a fantastic spot, really close to the metro and shops. i found the staff super friendly and helpful, always smiling. my apartment was huge and the cleaners kept it super clean, they were excellent.
the air conditioning in the main bedroom didn't pump out enough air. hot air seeped in from the windows, it could really use an upgrade.

the pool has free towels and plenty of loungers. there is also a free shuttle to the beach, a big plus. a convenience store is right next door, so grabbing snacks is super easy!

The breakfast buffet had great options. There was a lot to choose from! the hotel also has a restaurant that offers room service. it's super convenient if you are tired after a long day.

My apartment had a big balcony. The views were fine! it also had a washing machine. the kitchen came with everything i needed including cutlery, dishes and pots.
